Well, according to their site, ymholiad is a Welsh term meaning “enquiry, hunting, questioning or systematic investigation in order to establish current facts or acquire new knowledge… …about kitchens” as the site puts it.

There are some very cool resources on this site including a kitchen contractor finder, tons of picture galleries of small kitchens, modern kitchen cabinet designs, kitchen island designs, and much more. They have a complete review and comparison of 3 top free kitchen design software packages, too. In my younger days, before I had someone to make these decisions for me, it had a heck of a time deciding how to decorate my new apartment kitchen. I was a bit of a ‘player’ back in the day, so having a very presentable lair was most important, and attention to the small details was what I fretted about. I wish I had the kinds of online resources like those available today at websites like Ymholiad.com. Just looking through those picture galleries gives me all kinds of great ideas for decorating my….. um, our kitchen. I’ll be sure to use the contractor finder when the decision maker decides what needs to be done.
